With 3,000 students already enrolled, they needed a platform that could scale their impact while maintaining the personal guidance that made them successful. Porisima specializes in preparing secondary and higher secondary students for critical educational milestones. They provide comprehensive guidelines, quality lecture materials, proprietary books, and standardized online tests across multiple examination categories. Operating through their porisima.com website, they combine traditional mentorship with modern learning technology.
The Challenge
With 3,000 enrolled students, PAAC faced scaling challenges that threatened their growth. Platform limitations prevented smooth course delivery, and difficulty managing multiple examination categories (SSC, HSC, BCS, Bank, etc.) created operational headaches. The lack of an integrated testing system to track student progress was problematic, and communication scattered across website, Telegram, and Facebook created confusion. Limited ability to showcase their book and material quality, combined with user experience that didn’t reflect their commitment to student success, required comprehensive solutions. They needed infrastructure that could handle their current student base while enabling exponential growth.
